Nog Notes

Here's my standards for a good eggnog - a nice, thick creamy mouthfeel,
but not so thick that you feel like choking....sweet but not too
sweet.... generally the spicier the better, although a mild eggnog that
doesn't taste too much like a chemical factory rates highly with me,
also. So far, the spicier eggnogs have also been the sweeter ones, and
the milder ones had a greater possibility of having some off-flavors
verring from the creamy. Probably the Publix is best so far although I
still find it a little sweet.
