Preliminary South Florida Eggnog Results

We tasted 3 egg nogs so far - McArthur's, Velda, and Publix. McArthur's
was the worst of these three, thin with a off-flavor aftertaste. Velda,
if warm, also had a bit of a guar-gum hit in the back of the throat, but
it was much better when cold, which muted its aftertaste and gave it a
nice mild flavor. Publix is spicier and a bit sweeter and creamier than
the other two, but with no fake aftertaste. It's probably the best so
far, with a *cold* Velda a close second.
